Role overview

K2 University is seeking a high-impact AI Solutions Lead to drive the integration of artificial intelligence across our internal operations, learning platform, and enterprise offerings.

This role sits at the core of our evolution from training provider to workforce transformation partner.

You will be responsible for:

Designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that improve productivity and scalability across the business

Building intelligent agents and automation workflows

Developing market-facing AI enablement content and programs for our clients

This is a hands-on builder role with commercial impact—turning AI into measurable outcomes across both internal efficiency and external revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI solution design & deployment (internal impact)

  • Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across:
  • Sales (prospecting, enrichment, outreach automation)
  • Marketing (content generation, campaign execution, SEO/GEO)
  • Operations (workflow automation, internal copilots)
  • Design and build:
  • AI agents and multi-step workflows
  • Model Context Protocol (MCPs)
  • Agent orchestration solutions
  • LLM-powered automations
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for internal knowledge
  • Improve speed, quality, and scalability of core business processes
  • Stay up to date in Identifying new tools and solutions to enhance business processes


2. AI-Powered Product & Platform Innovation

  • Embed AI capabilities into the K2U learning ecosystem:
  • Personalized learning journeys
  • AI tutors and copilots
  • Skills intelligence and capability diagnostics
  • Work closely with product teams to bring features from concept to production
  • Ensure AI enhances learning outcomes, not just content delivery


3. Market-Facing AI Enablement & Content Creation (Revenue Impact)

  • Design and develop AI training programs and enablement content for enterprise clients
  • Translate real-world AI use cases into:
  • Practical learning modules
  • Workshops and certification programs
  • Role-based enablement journeys
  • Ensure all offerings are:
  • Practical and outcome-driven
  • Aligned to enterprise transformation (SAP, AI, digital programs)


4. Internal AI Enablement & Adoption

  • Act as the internal AI subject matter expert across K2 University
  • Define and roll out AI playbooks for:
    • Sales teams (research, proposals, outreach)
    • Marketing (content, campaigns, automation)
    • Product (AI feature design, prompt frameworks)
    • Finance and operations
  • Run hands-on workshops to embed AI into day-to-day workflows
  • Drive a culture of practical AI adoption—not experimentation without impact


5. Governance, Quality & Responsible AI

  • Establish standards for:
    • Prompt design and evaluation
    • Output quality and validation
    • Data privacy and security
  • Define guardrails for internal and client-facing AI usage
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise-grade expectations
  • Ensure responsible AI principles including fairness, accountability, transparency and ethics


6. Measurement & Business Impact

  • Define and track success metrics such as:
    • Time saved and productivity gains
    • Cost efficiencies
    • Revenue contribution from AI-enabled offerings
  • Continuously optimize solutions based on real usage and outcomes


7. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with:
  • Sales (pipeline generation and enablement)
  • Marketing (growth and demand generation)
  • Product (platform roadmap)
  • Leadership (strategic priorities)
  • Translate AI capabilities into clear business value and execution plans

Required Experience & Profile

Experience

  • 4–7+ years in AI, software engineering, automation, or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of building and deploying AI-driven solutions in a business environment
  • Experience moving from concept → prototype → production


Technical Capability

Strong understanding of:

  • LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
  • APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks
  • Cloud services
  • Model fine-tuning
  • Embedding models
  • Workflow orchestration tools (e.g. LangChain, Make, Zapier)
  • RAG architectures and vector databases


Commercial & Product Mindset

  • Ability to identify high-impact use cases tied to business outcomes
  • Experience working across product, marketing, and commercial teams
  • Strong prioritization and execution focus


Communication & Leadership

  • Able to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, proactive, and outcome-driven
