Own K2 University's AI strategy, roadmap, innovation agenda and commercial outcomes. Own the design, development and deployment of AI-powered solutions across K2 University. This role is responsible for transforming strategy into working solutions that improve productivity, scalability and customer value.
Define and own the AI vision, strategy and roadmap.
Identify AI-enabled products, services and revenue opportunities.
Drive AI innovation across learning, enablement, advisory and platform offerings.
Prioritize investments, product initiatives, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership on go-to-market strategy.
Define business cases, success metrics and adoption targets.
Build and govern strategic relationships with AI technology partners, vendors, and model providers.
Act as executive sponsor for AI initiatives.
Establish and oversee AI governance, ensuring AI solutions are secure, compliant, ethical, and aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI best practices.
5+ years in Product Management, Innovation, AI Strategy or Digital Transformation.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Experience in taking AI solutions from concept to market.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of AI ecosystems and emerging technologies.
Excellent communicator who can simplify complex AI concepts.
Curious, innovative, and committed to staying ahead of AI trends.
Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and delivery.

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000
