About The Program

You won’t be doing this alone! You'll join a tight-knit team of five paid interns, providing a built-in community to share your onboarding and learning experiences. Throughout the program, our recruitment veterans will provide personalized mentorship and the "insider secrets" to mastering the industry. Best of all? This is a proven pathway to a career. Outstanding interns have the opportunity to join us as full-time employees at the end of the program! (Visa support provided for international students)

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by learning the fundamentals of the recruitment profession from the ground up. This internship offers a comprehensive look into the recruitment lifecycle, allowing you to develop professional consulting and business communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Searching for and screening candidates who meet specific client requirements
• Researching market trends and business opportunities to share with the internal team
• Participate in meetings with both candidates and clients, provide sales support
• Create proposals for account managers
• Manage essential data entry

Qualifications

• University students who can commit to an internship of 3-6 months
• Able to work under a hybrid model (3 days at the office)
• Business English (Preferred) and Japanese language ability (JLPT N2)

Meiji Yasuda Seimei Building 19F, 2-1-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Access:

• Nijubashimae Station (Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line): Directly connected via Exit 1.
• JR Tokyo Station: 5-minute walk.
• JR Yurakucho Station: 5-minute walk.

Interview Process:

Introductory Meeting → HR Interview → Manager Interview → Job Offer

Salary:

• 1,700 Yen / hour
