The Role
The Senior Sales Executive operates through a strategic dual mandate, driving high-value net-new enterprise account acquisition alongside major account expansion and wallet-share growth. This senior individual contributor role transforms initial client opportunities and established key account relationships into sustained, multi-year revenue streams. Business impact is generated through multi-million dollar framework deals and strategic consulting initiatives. Primary attention centers on large-scale IT Consulting programs and IT Staffing deployments, incorporating platforms and trainings as strategic differentiators.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Enterprise Acquisition & Strategic Account Growth
Drive enterprise growth strategy by balancing aggressive net-new logo acquisition with strategic account extension across core operating regions.
Originate and lead complex sales pursuits for top-tier enterprise target prospects across major business sectors, converting large-scale opportunities into active revenue streams.
Execute structured account growth plans within established key accounts to cross-sell and up-sell K2’s integrated portfolio, driving wallet-share expansion.
Structure multi-million dollar framework agreements, enterprise Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs) for large-scale IT Consulting and Staffing deployments.
Executive Engagement & Deal Structuring
Lead complex commercial negotiations with client procurement, legal, and C-suite executives, securing favorable margin structures and contract terms.
Develop high-level stakeholder alignment across client executive suites (CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, Procurement VPs) to position K2 as a trusted strategic partner.
Serve as the primary commercial executive sponsor for high-value client accounts, conducting executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Solutioning, Cross-Functional Alignment & Ecosystem Integration
Partner with practice leads, delivery teams, and solution architects to craft custom IT transformation, resourcing, and consulting proposals.
Integrate K2 University (IT Trainings) and proprietary Platform solutions as key strategic differentiators within enterprise pitch strategies.
Collaborate with internal Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure enterprise deal structures align with operational capacity, compliance standards, and profitability targets.
Market Leadership & Operational Excellence
Analyse market shifts, technology adoption trends, and competitor positioning to proactively align K2 services with evolving client priorities.
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, revenue forecasting accuracy, and deal tracking hygiene within corporate CRM platforms.
Provide commercial guidance and peer coaching to junior sales representatives and business development personnel during complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise pursuits.
Success Indicators
Meets or exceeds major individual commercial revenue and margin targets across new business wins and existing account growth.
Expands account share within existing key accounts while consistently opening new enterprise client accounts.
Establishes K2 as a strategic partner for senior IT decision-makers.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated track record of both securing new enterprise accounts and growing high-value existing client relationships in IT services.
Proven ability to build executive relationships with C-level client leaders and navigate complex matrix organizations.
Expertise in structuring complex IT Staffing and Consulting framework agreements.
Reliable and committed to long-term commercial account success and client retention.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
