The Role

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for delivering recruitment solutions that support K2's clients in attracting and securing technology talent. Working closely with Account Managers and clients, the role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates to successfully fulfil client requirements across multiple technology markets.

The Technical Recruiter builds and maintains talent pipelines, develops knowledge of technology markets and delivers a positive candidate experience while contributing to individual, team and business objectives. The role applies recruitment best practice and effective sourcing techniques to support successful recruitment delivery for K2's clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for allocated client requirements, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and placement.

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines by identifying, engaging and qualifying technology professionals through a range of sourcing channels.

  • Deliver recruitment solutions that meet client requirements, agreed service levels and business objectives.

Candidate & Client Management

  • Build professional relationships with candidates, providing a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring requirements and support successful recruitment delivery.

  • Communicate candidate progress and recruitment activity with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates throughout the recruitment process.

Operations & Performance

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity and reporting within recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with business processes and data quality standards.

  • Contribute to achieving individual and team recruitment objectives through effective recruitment delivery and continuous development.

Success Indicators

  • Recruitment assignments are delivered within agreed timeframes and service expectations.

  • Talent pipelines are developed and maintained to support current and future client hiring requirements.

  • Candidates receive a professional and timely recruitment experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Recruitment systems and candidate records are maintained accurately, supporting effective reporting and recruitment delivery.

  • Individual recruitment objectives are consistently achieved while contributing to team performance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience delivering recruitment services within a recruitment agency, staffing or professional services environment.

  • Experience sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates across multiple recruitment assignments.

  • Experience building professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms and candidate sourcing tools.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and priorities.

  • Understanding of technology recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.

Salary: $16,500 - $18,500 (MXP monthly), plus commission.

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office/ 3 days remote)
